March is sure going to be a Holiday-tastic month.  Two weeks of St Patrick’s day and then two weeks of Easter.  WOW!

I have to admit I do enjoy making holiday school lunches for my kids.

I’m only a little disappointed that Saint Patrick’s Day isn’t on a school day this year.  Oh well.
