Fun Healthy Kids School LunchHappy MLK Day everyone.

No school today but I have a leftover lunch (photo) from last week I thought I’d share.

I’ve spent some time on Pinterest looking for more ideas for my son’s school lunches.

It’s pretty easy to fall into a rut.  There are not going to be any big changes.  Mostly just expanding the healthy fruit and vegetable selections for my kids.

Along with my ideas board, I started a new board on “food art”.  There are some cool How To tutorials pinned there.  I’m always looking for new ideas to make lunch more fun and easy to do.
